I'm a photographer because I love creating gorgeous photographs that people will always cherish. It brings me joy when I can make people's lives look like they're a piece of art. I get to capture moments in ways that many people may miss, the smiles, laughs, beauty, all paused for the rest of time.
Today, I'm still inspired by the stunning images in Vogue magazines, the gorgeous glow of the sun at sunset, and pure, genuine, joy. All of these are qualities that I hope translate to my own photos.
I believe that life has an abundance of beauty, and I believe that it's part of my purpose to capture it. Every wedding and documenting process that I'm apart of is carefully planned and thought out with your best interest in mind first. Always!
It's important to me that you're comfortable in front of the camera, and I know it's hard to feel comfortable in front of a complete stranger. Therefore, after our initial contact I would love to meet in person for lunch or we can talk on the phone to plan and get to know each other better!
When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me hanging out with my husband, Will, throwing a ball to my crazy doodle dog, Alaska, or enjoying a nice iced latte!
How did I end up being a photographer?
I have been taking pictures for as long as I can remember! Whether I was borrowing my family's Kodak cameras, posting iPhone 4 pictures to Instagram before it was cool (with the OG filters too of course!), or getting dressed up with my friends to take pictures of each other, photography really has always been my passion, even when I didn't know it!
My grandma bought me my first "real" camera back in 2014 and even then I just thought it would be a hobby or something that would let me have better Instagram photos. It wasn't until really struggling in college to find my next path for my life that I realized it had always been in front of me.
Every client I have the opportunity to work with is a blessing, so thank you for allowing me continue to pursue my passion!
